Frequently Asked Questions

How do I register an account?

To create an account on Crazeskin, you need to confirm that you're at least 18 years old and agree to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Payment Policy. After confirming, simply link your Steam account to complete your registration.

What are Case Battles?

Case Battles are multiplayer games where 2-4 players buy the same cases. Whoever pulls the highest total value wins all the items!

What payment options can I use to deposit funds?

We accept:

- Skinsback and Skinpay (convert your CS2 or Dota 2 skins into platform credits)
- USDT (with a 1 USDT network fee per transaction)
- Visa and Mastercard (transaction fees apply)

I deposited funds, but my balance isn't updated — what now?

Deposits may take 5-10 minutes. If your balance still isn't updated after an hour, please reach out to our support team with your payment details.

Can I use my Steam Wallet funds here?

Nope — Steam Wallet money can't be used on Crazeskin. Please top up your balance directly on the platform.

Anything to check before opening cases?

Yes! Make sure your Steam account is trade-eligible:

- No trade bans
- At least 7 days since your last password change

Otherwise, our bots won't be able to send you your winnings.

How many players can join a Case Battle?

Anywhere from 2 to 4 players.

I had the highest value in a Case Battle — why didn't I win?

Check the game mode! If you enabled Crazy Mode, the player with the lowest total value wins. Always double-check the mode before starting.

How many rounds are in a Case Battle?

The number of rounds is equal to the number of cases each player chooses to buy. No fixed limit.

Can I play with bots in a Case Battle?

Yes — just tick the 'Allow Bot' box when creating your battle.

Can I watch Case Battle replays?

You can view your own battle replays by going to Battles > My Battles > Details > Watch. Replays of other players' battles aren't available yet — we're working on it!

How do I withdraw my skins?

Head to your inventory, select the items you want, and hit "Withdraw". All withdrawals go through a quick review, and you can track them under 'Items in Progress'.

Note: Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–2 hours. If it takes longer, feel free to contact our support team. Please also note that some skins may temporarily go out of stock in the market and might need a few minutes to restock.

I accidentally rejected an incoming trade offer. What should I do?

Don't worry—your item will automatically return to your Crazeskin inventory within an hour. You can choose to withdraw it again or keep it there.

Please note: Steam imposes a limit on the number of inventory interactions per hour. Frequent cancellations of incoming trade offers may temporarily prevent us from sending you a new one.

Can I cash out my Crazeskin balance?

No, you can only cash out skins that are in your inventory.

Someone claiming to be a Crazeskin admin contacted me on Steam, Twitter, Facebook, etc. Can I trust them?

Crazeskin admins will never contact you via Steam or other social media accounts through their personal account. If someone does, you can be certain it's a scam. Our support team will only reach out through support@crazeskin.com or our official Twitter and Facebook accounts.
